after months of jibber jabber and secret baby code, our son has finally said a word in english!  now, we really have no way of knowing whether he understands the meaning of this word… but today in the bathtub, clearly and many times, he said… are you ready?…. BABY!

i call him baby all the time, so i suppose it’s quite natural that he should say that – and he continues to say it, with much pride in his newfound skill!
