hanging out with Grandpa at the cottage walking down to the river for Josh's first boat ride a little cruise down the river
it's always more fun going fast on the lake! beyond this dam at Port Sydney are some rapids which i used to occasionally ride down with friends... on one memorable occasion we lost our air mattress and went down most of the way with our rear ends bouncing off the rocks!! ouch! a pretty boathouse at Port Sydney
looking at these chairs makes me want a cup of coffee and a good book for reading by the lake Josh is apparently a boater at heart - he LOVED boating, and was waving to everybody that we passed! Port Sydney is a small town at the opposite end of the lake from Muskoka Baptist Conference (where my parents cottage is)... has a nice little beach and a wharf to tie up to if you want to stay for awhile
